Palms Australia is a small charity which places Australian volunteers in partner organisations in the Pacific, Asia and Africa. We have a basic and self contained IT setup for a small office. We need the advice of an expert to review our IT needs to see how we can maximise efficiency and ensure our long term data security on our limited budget.

Key elements for review would be :

• Infrastructure requirements for efficient and safe data storage and remote working
• Automated processes to minimise staff time required to maintain and safeguard the system
• Cost effective upgrades of hardware and softwar

This is flexible. After an initial business hours onsite visit (at our office in Petersham) to help orientate to the nature of the organisation, work may be completed onsite or remotely.
